Here at Boutique-De-Vin we know how to turn your bottle of choice into an eye catching and unique work of art. We are an independent company founded in 2012 and specialise in corporate and wedding events. We have built a long standing relationship with a host of suppliers and offer everything from fabulous prosecco’s to rare and sought after vintage Champagnes from all over the globe.
Once the customer has selected the bottle of their choice and a design that they wish to adorn the product with, our team of skilled engravers set about the task of creating a work of art, every order, large or small is a challenge, and the we aim to create a beautiful eye catching and unforgettable product that will be remembered for years to come in the form of a treasured keepsake.
THRE ARE 5 MAJOR STEPS TO CREATING THE ULTIMATE AND PERFECT PRODUCT
Firstly, every bottle is de-abled. Once de-labelling is complete, we clean and polish every bottle.
The next step for our master engraver is to create the design image on the bottle, there are a number of checks to ensure the product is of the highest quality. The engraver then sets about his craft with our in-house laser machines which are at the cutting edge of laser technology. The engraving process itself takes about 12 to 14 minutes per bottle to create the perfect finish.
Once the product has been perfectly engraved to the customers specifications and been deemed to have passed our quality control inspection it then goes to our polishing line. Here the product is cleaned and polished up to three times to get the desired finish.
Should the customer choose colourisation then the last phase is our art department, here the product design will be coloured to the required specification. This is done by adding three coats of our unique paste and all application is done by hand with the exception of the final sealing polish.
